  • Here is an opportunity

    3D Designer’s responsibilities include:

    • Advanced understanding of AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar technical drafting software to develop scaled 2D and 3D renders & layouts of room environments, general session scenic, and other relevant detail
    • Read/comprehend construction drawings, local council permit plans
    • Closely evaluate all of plans, specifications, material, and safety requirements for the project.
    • Carry designs from conceptual development to schematic design and into final production through developing corresponding visualizations
    • Craft compelling renderings and storytelling for client presentations
    • Review and enhance 3D designs for existing buildings/products.
    • Manage documentation all 3D designs.
    • Develop primary sketches and models for product design.
    • Create models, layouts and sketches.
    • Identify and design client’s requirement.
    • Communicate with clients on design changes.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and project.

    Preferred:

    • At least Three-years of supervisory experience in a related construction industry

    Desired Candidate Profile - Qualifications

    We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
    • A diploma and expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vectorworks, Lumion, Autodesk 3ds Max - or comparable software tools that allow you to visually express ideas
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
    • Ability to read blueprints
    • Must be highly articulate, have clear and analytical approach to problem solving, and strong decision-making abilities.
    • Rendering and animation experience using 3D models
    • Theatrical background helpful - show set design, scenic, lighting design
    • Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently
    • Knowledge of graphic production techniques
    • Ability to understand architectural and mechanical technical documentation
    • Attention to detail, flexibility to react to change in direction, and ability to meet quick turnaround deadlines
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
    • Excellent customer service, professional attitude and appearance are a must.
    • Ability to work overtime & meet deadlines.
    • 2+ years of applicable experience in 3D design modeling.
